About Us

25th Anniversary
The RDC Center for Counseling and Human Development opened in the fall of 1991. In celebration of this an Open House and a free 3-part lecture series are being offered. Click on the Program menu above for more information. The Center is a non-profit organization offering counseling services to persons of any nationality, race, religion, or sexual orientation. The Center is located in the grey Victorian house at 52 North Broadway in White Plains on the Good Counsel Campus. This setting offers a warm and welcoming environment for the therapeutic process. Therapy is provided to children, adolescents and adults by licensed certified social workers. Individual and group, couples and family therapy are offered. A variety of insurance plans are accepted and a sliding scale is offered for those without insurance. Requests for service are responded to promptly within 24 hours.

The RDC Center is offering a free 6 week networking/support group for anyone who lost his/her job. Each week there will be specific focus. The RDC Center is offering a free 6 week workshop for Hispanic Mothers and Daughters ages 12-17 on "How to Communicate Effectively." Our facilitators will focus on enhancing coommunication and understanding cultural differences. Learn more...
