About Us

The RDC Center for Counseling and Human Development was founded in 1991 and is sponsored by The Sisters of the Divine Compassion. It is a non-profit organization offering counseling services to persons of any nationality, race, religion, or sexual orientation. The Center is located in the grey Victorian house at 52 North Broadway in White Plains on the Good Counsel Campus. This setting offers a warm and welcoming environment for the therapeutic process. Therapy is provided to children, adolescents and adults by licensed certified social workers. Individual and group, couples and family therapy are offered. A variety of insurance plans are accepted and a sliding scale is offered for those without insurance. Requests for service are responded to promptly within 24 hours.
