Patricia M. Sheridan, LCSW-R,  Director
Patricia is a licensed clinical social worker who received her Masters Degree
​in Social Work from Fordham University and an Advanced Certificate in Clinical Social Work from NYU and has been in clinical practice for more than 15 years.

Prior to taking over as Director of the RDC Center in the fall of 2008, she worked in residential foster care with the New York Foundling Hospital and as a therapist in the outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic at White Plains Hospital.

​In addition to experience in the field of Clinical Social Work, Patricia was in the field
​of education for 20 years both as an elementary school teacher and administrator. Patricia also has experience in geriatric care and health care administration.

Of particular interest and experience in clinical practice is dealing with depression and anxiety, geriatric issues, medical illness, grief/bereavement, phobias and PTSD. Patricia works with both children and adults, individuals and couples.

Patricia is a member of the NY State Society for Clinical Social Work.

Evelyn Saeli, LCSW-R
Evelyn has more than 25 years of clinical social work and supervisory experience. Since joining the Center team in 1991,  she has served diverse populations of children, adolescents, and adults. Her practice includes individual, family, and marital therapy.

Before joining the RDC Center, Evelyn was a therapist at Our Lady of Mercy Hospital Outpatient Mental Health Clinic and clinical  supervisor at Fordham Tremont Community Mental Health Clinic. In addition, she spent several years teaching and mentoring social  work students and interns as adjunct instructor at Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service and Marymount College.

Evelyn earned her B.A. from Fordham University and Masters Degree in social work from Fordham University Graduate School of  Social Services. She is certified as a social work field instructor and holds the Advanced Clinical Social Work Certificate from NYU.

She is a member of the NASW and is a Board Certified Diplomat in Clinical
​Social Work.


Evelyn serves on most insurance and EAP panels.

Lauren McLeod,    LCSW-R
Lauren has more than 23 years of clinical experience. She received her
Master’s Degree in Social Work from Fordham University.


Lauren worked at the White Plains office of Catholic Charities Mental Health Clinic for five years. When the office closed, she and others who worked at Catholic Charities founded the RDC Center for Counseling and Human Development to carry on the mission of providing affordable counseling
services to the community.


Lauren was also in the field of education for 15 years as an elementary, high school teacher and a high school guidance counselor.
​

Aside from working at the RDC Center, Lauren works in three schools as a Social Worker. Her particular interests are working with adolescents, adults, couples and bereavement work. In addition to working in counseling, Lauren has a certificate in Spiritual Direction.
​
​She is a member of NASW and serves on many insurance panels.

Jean Gregory, LCSW-R
​
Jean is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Social Work. She is also a graduate of a four year advanced training  program at the Institute for Child, Adolescent and Family Studies in New York, NY., focusing on psychotherapeutic work with children,  adolescents and their families. She has been on the staff of the out-patient child psychiatry clinics at Boston University and Duke University  Medical Centers.

Jean enjoys working closely with parents, teachers and other professionals involved with a child. She has experience  
with issues such as divorce, blended families, anxiety, depression, as well as adoption, medical illness, and eating disorders.

Margie Schmidt, Insurance Biller
Margie’s job as Medical Biller includes, submitting claims to insurers and Medicare, applying payments, calling for pre-authorization, investigating unpaid claims.
Margie has a Comprehensive Medical Office Skills Certificate from the College of Westchester as well  as a BA from Hunter College CUNY She has previously worked for Radian, and S&P Global.
